Who's the Rat? is made in New Zealand and we stand behind our product. This policy sits alongside your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 — nothing here limits those rights.

Change of mind
We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please read the product description carefully before buying.

Faulty or damaged products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at whostheratgame@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Returns process
Where a return is required, we'll confirm the return address by email. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by us for faulty or incorrect items. Change of mind returns (where accepted at our discretion) are at the customer's cost.
